Good for 2 nights Room was upgraded to 3 bedroom suites The duty manager i forgot his name was very helpful. Apologized for the room delay because it wasn't ready. waited around 30-40 minutes and he gave me free parking as a sorry.

Location, staff cooperation of booking company.

The location was good. The duty manager was very nice person. He accommodated us to his best. Also provided us with free parking and welcome fruits.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained and i would like to thank both booking representative mohamed mohy and abdulfattah for their being so professional

My overall stay at the hotel was wonderful — the staff were friendly, the service was excellent, and the facilities were well maintained. However, unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from nearby construction, which made it very difficult for me to sleep and fully relax during my stay. I truly enjoyed everything else about the hotel, but the construction noise affected the comfort and rest I expected. I hope this issue can be resolved soon, as it’s otherwise a great place to stay

It was spacious but that was because they gave us the wrong room.
